The prices in real estate in Katlehong, in the Gauteng region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per m² in Katlehong has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was R 2 162. In December this price pretty much remained the same at a value of R 2 160 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has increased 107 %, going from R 2 161 to R 2 308 per m².
