The average price in the Gauteng region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per m² in Gauteng has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was R 11 445. The following month the price decreased to R 10 785 per m².
