Property prices for sale in Gauteng region

The price per m² in Gauteng has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During March, the average price per m² was R 9 457. In April the price pretty much stayed the same at R 9 652 per m². The following two months (May, June) went through a considerable deflation of 72 % in the price per m² with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant decrease of 62 %.
