The price per m² in Kwazulu-natal has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was R 121,16. In November the price barely changed remaining at R 120,93 per m². The price per m² for the following two months barely changed going from R 121,04 to R 122,93 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has fallen 94 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price R 121,99 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price R 114,18 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Kwazulu-natal (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. October has an average price of R 14 480. During Novemberthe price had a slight fall till R 12 819. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from R 13 649,5 to R 14 138. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from R 13 893,75 to R 13 215 during February and March.
