Property prices for rent in Southern Peninsula (Western Cape)
The rent prices in real estate in Southern Peninsula, in the Western Cape region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per m² in Southern Peninsula has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was R 29,21. In the following month the price per m² rose to R 31. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable rise of 155 %. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 129 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. During December the price had a considerable fall till R 17 082. During the following two months (January, February) the average price had a considerable rise of 157 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 110 % during the last two months.
