The average rent price in the Limpopo region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per m² in Limpopo has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per m² was R 68,25. In November the price barely changed remaining at R 70,98 per m². The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 113 % in the rent price per m² rising from R 69,61 to R 78,54 per m². In the last two months, the price per m² has had a significant fall of 82 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of R 74,07 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of R 60,95 per m² for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Limpopo(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average rent price in October is R 8 620. In November the price rose to R 9 272. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 122 % going from R 8 946 to R 10 886. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from R 9 916 to R 10 193,5 during February and March.
