The rent prices in real estate in Vosloorus, in the Gauteng region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Vosloorus has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In November, the average price per m² was R 55,84. In the following month the price per m² fell considerably to R 37,68. The price for the following two months in (January, February) had a considerable fall of 84 with regard to the previous two months. The price per m² has had a considerable rise of 132 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per m² of R 42,93 to R 56,53 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Vosloorus (cities & towns), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during November, the average price is R 4 625. In December This price remains at R 4 833. During the following two months (January, February) the price has had an average rise from R 4 729 to R 5 250. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of R 4 989,5 and R 5 020 between March and April.
