Property prices for rent in Cape Town (Western Cape)
The rent prices in real estate in Cape Town, in the Western Cape region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per m² in Cape Town has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per m² was R 176,46. In November this price barely changed remaining at R 176,54 per m². In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from R 176,5 to R 172,7 per m². The price per m² has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of R 174,6 to R 173,68 during February y March
