In the following two months the price per m² has practically remained the same, going from R 176,5 to R 172,7 per m². When referring to the price in Cape Town (cities & towns), this has risen in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is R 14 062. In November This price remains at R 14 641. During the following two months (December, January) the price has had an average rise from R 14 351,5 to R 15 306. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 117 % during the last two months.
